Having received a hamper from work as a thank you last Christmas, I purchased two for my sister's, one in Herefordshire and one in Wales. The sister in Wales was delighted with it, ordered on Saturday 16th and delivered on Monday the 18th. The sister in Herefordshire didn't receive hers as Evri's tracking logged it as delayed from Monday the 18th and didn't update it. Contacted the company who were very helpful and having had no suitable response from Evri, have sent a second hamper to replace it with a Saturday delivery to make sure my gift arrives before Christmas. All in all, great hampers and excellent customer service from Hampers.com, Evri, less than satisfactory.
