The British Charcuterie Board from Tempus Charcuterie contains a selection of their signature, award-winning cured and dried meats. The meats in this selection include Achari fennel salami, smoked coppa and spiced loin. Made by Tempus Charcuterie, a charcuterie company owned and run by two talented chefs, Tom Whitaker MasterChef finalist) and Dhruv Baker (MasterChef winner.) They make a range of exceptional British charcuterie at their custom-built site in Weybridge, where they butcher, ferment, cure and age all of their products.
