They have been handcrafting their original, special recipe fudge for over 40 years, using traditional methods and a lot of love.
Making life sweeter
Fudge Kitchen was founded by Sian Halt, with the support of American entrepreneur, Jim Garrahy, who asked Sian to help him open a shop in Blackpool in 1982.
The sweet journey did not end there, and Fudge Kitchen expanded to have shops in key historic towns across the UK, including Bath, York and Canterbury.
Fudge Kitchen is built on three strong pillars: products, people and the planet.
Their fully established ‘Green Team’ are actively looking to find ways to reduce, repair, reuse, recycle and replace, to minimise their environmental impact and give back, wherever possible.
Demonstrating this, Fudge Kitchen are on course to increase their renewable energy supply from 76% to 100%.
They have also reached a point where there is virtually zero food waste throughout the production processes and within the shops, whilst also using all-natural ingredients.
99% of their packaging is kerbside recyclable, and, in some instances, the packaging is also made from already recycled, as well as compostable, materials.

Each and every piece of fudge is palm oil free, and their chocolate is sourced from certified sustainable sources. They are also proud to gather their raw materials locally, wherever possible.
Fudge Kitchen now offers 100% gluten free and vegetarian recipes, with many vegan options also available.
