The Producer
From excess fruit to an award-winning business
Ann Stallard started Waterhouse Fayre in 2004 as a creative way to use up the surplus fruit she was growing for local hotels and restaurants.
Today, Ann's preserves are award-winning and she supplies farm shops, delicatessens, tea rooms, restaurants and hotels.
In 2015, Waterhouse Fayre moved to Tiverton to allow custom facilities to be added to the family home, as well as offering more space to continue growing their own fruit.
The business is completely family-centred, with Ann's husband Neil and her niece Lucy, helping to run the business.
The Products
Fine jams and preserves
Waterhouse Fayre offers a wide range of preserves and jams, including Gold Award winners in the Taste of the West Awards.
The jam is made in small batches using traditional methods and recipes. The fruit is either grown and picked by the family team or sourced from local fruit producers.
A delicious jar of Waterhouse Fayre strawberry jam can be found in both our Cream Tea Hamper for One and Cream Tea Hamper for One with Prosecco.
Treat someone special to an at-home afternoon tea experience, with this wonderful preserve.
