They define themselves as foragers, fermenters and philosophers, returning to traditional methods and hand-harvesting ingredients. They beautifully describe their drinks as a celebration of nature.
The Aelder Elixir is handcrafted in Scotland and tastes divine – with flavours of dark stone fruits with hints of bitter chocolate and spice. It’s the perfect winter warmer, with a texture of crushed velvet.
